Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
